I had a dirty rug and they cleaned it, and it looks better. They told me things to look for and choices that needed to be made. I had never cleaned an oriental rug, so I had no clue how to do it. Another rug they couldn’t clean because it was too damaged, so they referred it to another company–and that was a success. I’m very pleased with the fact they weren’t trying to do things that they didn’t do.
