It takes between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on cleaning being done. For your convenience, we will be happy to schedule a delivery date and time when we pick up your area rug.
We offer FREE pickup & delivery in our primary service area. We do require rugs are rolled & ready for pickup (no furniture moving included), and the team will deliver them rolled & tied. White Glove Pickup & Delivery with furniture moving and placement of the rugs upon return is available by request. Please ask our representative at time of scheduling for details.
Yes. We can store your rug up to 30 days free of charge. After 30 days, there is a $50 per month per rug storage fee unless other arrangements have been made prior to acceptance.
Yes, we can deliver to your new address as long as it is in our service area.
Yes. Our insurance covers your property when it is entrusted to us for service and storage.
With our White Glove Pickup & Delivery service we will provide all neccesary moving of furntiure to remove & re-lay your rugs. Items such as pianos, dressers, desks, billiard tables, and some other types of large furniture would require contracting a local furniture moving company for assistance, which we can setup for you.

Yes. We sell pads for both hard surfaces as well as carpet. The pad has a rubber backing with horsehair fiber on top. It protects and stabilizes the rug and prevents slippage as well as providing some degree of sound absorption.
The time frame for cleaning a rug depends on how much traffic it gets. We recommend professional rug cleaning be performed every 1-3 years. If there are pets, smokers, or people with respiratory illnesses in your home, area rug cleaning should be performed more often.
To determine if it’s time to clean your rug, try these simple tests:
  1. Rub your palm on the rug for a few seconds. If your hand becomes dirty, it is time for cleaning.
  2. Kneel down on the rug and smells it. If you detect foul odor, it is time to have it cleaned.
  3. Lift a rug corner and vigorously shake it up and down once or twice. If you see a dust cloud forming, it is definitely time for a cleaning.
  4. With the rug facing up, fold a corner of the rug back, away from the pile, to expose the base of the fibers. Have the rug professionally cleaned if there is dirt deep in the pile.

We cannot guarantee stain removal. However, prior to cleaning your rug we will be happy to discuss likelihood. processes, & techniques we will deploy to have the best chance of removing a stain. Please call us as soon as you notice the stain to increases our chance of success.
That is a personal decision depending on your emotional attachment, if any, to the rug and the replacement value of the rug. Many people design a whole room around their Oriental rug and replacing it could require refurnishing the entire room. It may be cheaper clean the rug. We do not bleach the fringe because chlorine based bleaches damage the fiber by weakening it. However, we do have specialty non chlorine products that we can use to make fringes whiter.
