This was my first experience with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. I had a small area rug that I wanted to get cleaned. I took it to them hoping that it would come out looking brand new. But, before the job began a very nice gentleman called me to explain that there were some problems with the rug that was not going to make that possible. He was very knowledgeable, and assured me they would do the best job possible, but that it simply could not be made to look brand new. I think this was a case of them going above and beyond on their part, and I really appreciate the fact that they were so concerned with my little rug that they would make this extra call. I think Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning did a great job under the circumstances!”
