I selected them over their competition because I felt like the other companies were sub contracting the work out and I didn’t want to do business with a company that didn’t use their own employees. I’ve used this company several times to get my rugs cleaned and I’m very satisfied with the results. I really appreciate how accommodating they are to me; for instance, I needed my rugs cleaned for a particular date and they cleaned them for me on a day that they weren’t usually available.
